These terms apply when you use eatgemini.com or place an order with GEMINI DUMPLINGS & NOODLES RESTAURANT.

1. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order sends a request to your selected branch. An order is accepted when the restaurant confirms it. We may reject or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the branch is closed, the information is incomplete, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
2. Your information
Please provide an accurate name, telephone number, branch, order type and pickup or arrival time. You are responsible for reviewing your items and quantities before confirming. Duplicate-order warnings are provided as a convenience and may not identify every duplicate.
3. Prices, promotions and payment
Prices are shown in Thai baht. Scheduled online promotions apply automatically only to eligible items, branches, dates and times, while available. The price shown in your final order review is the price for that order. Unless the checkout expressly offers online payment, payment is made directly to the restaurant at collection or service.
4. Preparation and collection
Preparation and pickup times are estimates, not guarantees. Please collect takeaway food promptly. Food quality and safety may be affected by late collection or improper storage after collection.
5. Allergies and dietary needs
Please tell staff about allergies before ordering. Notes are requests and are not a guarantee that cross-contact can be avoided. If you have a severe allergy, call the restaurant before placing an order.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation, changes and any refund are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai law.
